Erika smiled as he pulled her close to him, still very much enjoying his warmth, "I think the definition of research in my mind differs from the definition of others." she felt herself shiver slightly, "I wish I drove, but I just left from the Grill, so I walked. Wow, I'm pathetic. Most teenagers now, drive around just because they have a car." she said.

"Here," Jeremy took off his jacket and draped it over her shoulders. "It's not that far, and it's always warm in there no matter what time of year it is.' He grinned conspiritorially at her. "And old Mrs. Fauville is so deaf that she'll never hear us. I doubt she'll even see us go in, if we're careful."

Erika smiled as Jeremy draped his jacket over her shoulders, "Thanks." she said, making it very unobvious that she smelled it. She grinned up at him, "Jeremy, I don't think Mrs. Fauville would notice if you started doing the hula in drag with a siren on your head. She sort of lives in her own world, which is an okay thing at times." she smirked at him.

"It's definitely a good thing when you're looking for a little privacy in the back of the library. Then again, I never met a librarian who wasn't pretty much wrapped up in her own little world. Maybe they're all wrong and too much reading really isn't good for you after all?" He shrugged. "Too bad she's retiring this year, but maybe the next one will be just as oblivious as she is."
He grinned at her and slid his arm around her waist. "Like the way the jacket smells, do you?" he asked.

Erika laughed, "Believe me, reading is amazing. I love it anyways. I think they spend time in their own world because they don't like it when young people come into the library late at night to well, do what young people tend to do, late at night." Erika kissed his cheek, "You, know we could just go back to either your house or mine. To avoud being caught by the new librarian or the police." she blushed a little, "Well, it smells great..." she added.

"Yeah, well so do you," he pressed his face against her neck for a moment, then frowned at her. "New librarian? I thought Mrs. Fauville wasn't retiring until just before summer, do you know something I don't? Or are you just changing your mind?"

Erika giggled again, "Jeremy Gilbert, I'd be absoulutly insane to want to pass up the offer to spend a night with you. It took you for bloody ever to finally notice me, and I'm not going to change my mind at all...believe me." she said, "I just don't want to get caught by her, she's also my new neighbor, I don't want to leave a bad reputation with her." she said.

"I didn't know she had already taken over. Yeah, probably not a good idea, unless she's as clueless as old Mrs. Fauville was. We could just go to my place then, if you'd rather? Or we can just walk, whatever you like."

Erika smiled sweetly at him and noticed that he was only in a t-shirt, "It's cold out, and I never have seen your bedroom..." she said, implying something, hoping she wasn't seeming to pushy or creepy.

Jeremy smiled at her. "Then I guess we should just head over to my place. Jenna's out, and Elena's probably going to be here until the thing shuts down for the night."

Erika smiled at him, "And if Jenna happens to wake you up in the morning and I'm in your bed. What's Elena going to do? You know what, I don't care what they think." she said, as she took his hand and towed him toward his house.
